1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the platform you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The service
Prosperity Enterprises provides a compliance administration platform for trusts and companies. The platform manages a compliance pipeline, generates statutory documents, and offers AI-assisted drafting. Every AI-generated draft is subject to mandatory human review before it is filed or submitted to any authority.
3. Accounts and access
Access is granted through passwordless sign-in using a magic link sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
- Do not submit information you are not entitled to provide or process.
5. Professional disclaimer
The platform assists with the administration of trusts and companies, but it does not replace professional legal, tax, or accounting advice. AI-assisted drafts are tools to support qualified people and are always reviewed by a human before filing. You remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice for your circumstances and for the accuracy of information you provide.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prosperity Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown above. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
